Bus Travel Description

One of the most beautiful coastal areas of Europe, the Costa Brava, stretches from the French border to shortly before Barcelona. Not only long sandy beaches and wildly romantic bays with turquoise blue water enchant the visitor, but also the Catalonian hinterland with its mountain landscapes, pine forests and fertile plains characterize this part of Spain. The extremely mild climate and pleasant water temperatures are only two reasons for the popularity of the Costa Brava.

The Costa Brava - the wild coast - is how the writer Ferran Agulló aptly described the popular vacation region in north-eastern Catalonia at the beginning of the twentieth century. This approximately 220 km long and varied coastline has always inspired artists and is still one of the most popular tourist regions in the country, attracting numerous visitors every year.  The lush green hinterland with mountains and ruins as well as the rugged cliffs with beautiful bays that flatten out towards the south make the Costa Brava an ideal vacation destination for sun worshippers, families and nature lovers.
