We take care of all reservations, guided tours and recommend sights as well as the best restaurants close to your hotel.

 

Seat reservation

The seats in our coaches will be reserved after booking.

Do you have a special seat request? We will be happy to arrange this for you, subject to availability.

 

Tickets

After payment has been made, you will receive your tickets conveniently by post.

 

Ticketing

For all trips with bookable events, we will take care of the tickets for you.

 

VISA - Full service

Visa required - no problem for you!

For all journeys on whose entry a visa is required, we take care of all the formalities of obtaining the visa for you.

Your visa for your destination as well as the visa fee is of course included in the travel price.

 

Luggage service

Your holiday begins with your departure. With us you have no trouble with your luggage.

On your travels you can carry one suitcase with 20 kg, as well as one piece of hand luggage with 5 kg weight.

Should you wish to travel with more or bulky luggage, please inform us in advance.

 

Insurance service

With our individual and uncomplicated travel insurance offers, we ensure your safety before and during your well-deserved holiday.

Security Certificate

Legally every tour operator is obliged to secure the paid tour prices - Sicherungsschein.

With the handing over of the travel documents you will be handed over the corresponding safety certificates.

 

Cancellation

If you are unable to start a trip you have booked, please contact us simply and easily - we will help you here too.

Please refer to the travel conditions for any cancellation fees that may apply.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

 

Special wishes

We want to make your journey as pleasant as possible. Of course, we have direct contact to our service partners and can therefore request various services for you on site.
