... in the midst of the beautiful mountain landscape.
Fieberbrunn lies on the eastern edge of the Kitzbühel Alps in Tyrol and is the largest town in the Pillerseetal valley. According to a legend, the Tyrolean princess Margarethe Maultasch suffered from fever and was cured by the water of the sulphur spring at the fountain. She gave the fountain the name Fieberbrunnen and the town of Pramau became Fieberbrunn. The village has a lot to offer in summer: a wonderful natural landscape lures and the Lauchsee is the perfect place to relax. If you prefer to be active, there are numerous hiking trails at your disposal. The region around Fieberbrunn is also always worth a visit. The well-known towns of Kitzbühel, Innsbruck and the Salzburger Land, including Bischofshofen, are close by.
