Welcome to the Waterkant! Reeperbahn, Michel, Fischmarkt, Landungsbrücken, harbour, Speicherstadt and much more are connected to the unique Hanseatic city on the Elbe.
1st day arrival in Hamburg to the Hotel Commodore in the heart of Hamburg
The Hotel Commodore welcomes you in the centre of Hamburg and only 3 minutes on foot from the underground station St. Pauli and the Reeperbahn.
2nd day city tour
After breakfast you start with your local tour guide to a city tour under the motto "the main sights of Hamburg". In addition to the town hall and the stock exchange, you will of course learn the city's landmark: Hamburg's Michel. On a boat trip you will have a closer look at the harbour. Get your own impression of the constantly growing HafenCity. After you have sniffed enough sea air, you can spend the rest of the day at your leisure.
Stroll extensively along the Jungfernstieg on the edge of the Binnenalster - this is where life pulsates and the heart of the city beats.
Did you know that the Speicherstadt was built on thousands of oak piles? Today, the impressive historic brick buildings together form the largest warehouse ensemble in the world. The Elbe Philharmonic Pavilion on the Magellan Terrace is no longer a project. In January 2017 all construction work was finally completed and the doors of the Elbphilharmonie opened.
Day 3: Journey home around 11 am
For those of you who get up early, we recommend a visit to the Hamburg fish market. Every Sunday the famous fish market takes place around the fish auction halls.
