Day 1 Arrival in Vienna

Day 2 Vienna City Tour and Schönbrunn Palace

After a hearty breakfast city tour with a guide.
On this tour you will see the most important buildings of Vienna. You will drive along the Ringstraße, where magnificent buildings such as the Parliament, the Vienna City Hall, the imperial city residence - the Hofburg - and the world famous State Opera are located.
Then you will drive along Wienzeile with the Art Nouveau buildings of Otto Wagner and the Secession to Schönbrunn Palace.
The palace was built as early as 1700, but it was Maria Theresa who made it the imperial summer residence in the mid-18th century, which it would remain until the end of the monarchy. Today, Schönbrunn Palace and its Baroque gardens are the most visited sight in Austria and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
You are welcome to join a guided tour of the palace (guided tour not included in the tour price).
The afternoon is at leisure - go exploring on your own.

Day 3 Vienna Woods Tour

After a hearty breakfast, you will discover the recreational area of the Viennese during an excursion to the Vienna Woods.

Day 4 At leisure

Today is at your free disposal. How about a visit to a museum or an extensive shopping spree? Vienna's coffee houses also have their good reputation for a reason: treat yourself to a delicious piece of Sacher cake with a cup of mélange!

Day 5 Journey home

After a few wonderful days in Vienna, you will start your journey home invigorated after a rich breakfast buffet.
