Day 2 - Excursion Wieskirche - Oberammergau - Ettal Monastery
During today's excursion you will first drive via the German Alpine Road to the Wieskirche. This rococo jewel is protected worldwide by UNESCO and has been a famous place of pilgrimage for centuries. Then continue to the Passion play town of Oberammergau. Worth seeing here are the wonderfully painted houses. After a stop, continue to Ettal Monastery, where monks still live today. A visit to the magnificent basilica is definitely worthwhile. Return to the hotel.
Day 3 - Excursion Allgäu Alps - Kleinwalsertal - Oberstdorf
Today you can experience the Allgäu pure after breakfast! Our drive takes us through the typical green hilly landscape of the Allgäu with a view of the imposing Allgäu Alps. We first drive to a well-known side valley of Oberstdorf - the Kleinwalsertal. Deeply carved and surrounded by high peaks, we drive into "the most beautiful dead-end valley in the world". The valley is located on Austrian territory, but is only passable from Germany. We spend the lunch break in the famous winter sports resort Oberstdorf. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
