Usedom - Imperial sea breeze

Nowhere in Germany will you see the sun more often than here, where it shines around 2000 hours a year. And where the sun shines so often, the sea seems bluer, the meadows greener and the beaches whiter than anywhere else. Usedom: forests and salt marshes, natural hinterland, idyllic fishing villages with thatched houses, but also sophisticated seaside resorts with old piers, spacious promenades and 40 kilometers of fine sandy beaches. Day 1 Arrival - Off to the island
Passing the Hanseatic cities of Hamburg and Rostock, through the enchanting landscapes of Mecklenburg, you will reach the Baltic Sea island of Usedom in the evening. Your home for the next few days is on the coast of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern on the island of Usedom directly on the beach is the Hotel Residenz in Heringsdorf. 2nd day day trip Kaiserbäder with tour guide 
You will go on an excursion with an expert tour guide across the island of Usedom and to the seaside resorts, also called the Imperial Spas, Heringsdorf and Bansin. 
 
3. day trip Swinemünde and Szczecin Lagoon 
After the rich breakfast buffet the tour starts with a boat trip from Heringsdorf to Swinemünde. From the ship you will have fascinating views of the passing towns of Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. After about 1.5 hours you will reach Swinemünde. Due to its beautiful location on the Baltic Sea, Swinemünde quickly developed into an attractive seaside resort. Already before the 2nd World War Swinemünde was one of the important German Baltic Sea resorts. As early as the 13th century, the town's port developed and fishermen and merchants settled here. Today the spa town is known for its wide sandy beaches. 
In the afternoon the trip continues to the Szczecin Lagoon. In Kamminke, which can be counted among the oldest fishing villages on the island of Usedom, you will make a stop. Here you have the opportunity to have a delicious snack in the local fish smokehouse (payable locally) and enjoy the view over the Szczecin Lagoon. Afterwards the trip goes overland back to Heringsdorf. 

Day 4 At leisure in Heringsdorf
Spend the day according to your wishes. 

Day 5 Journey home - saying goodbye to Heringsdorf
After a leisurely breakfast on the sunny island, you will travel back home well rested.
