Trip Itinerary

1st day Arrival in Lam

Welcome to the Hotel Sonnbichl in the relaxing climatic health resort of Lam.

The cozy, familiar atmosphere of the house and the picturesque landscape of the Lamer Winkel promise relaxing vacations. The house has a floor lift, sauna, solarium, cosmetic and wellness facilities, lounges, fitness and table tennis room. The cozy rooms are equipped with shower, WC, hairdryer, telephone, radio and satellite TV.

Day 2 Bavarian Forest tour

Strengthened by breakfast, we start our tour with the local tour guide through the region. The Bavarian Forest Nature Park is still a largely untouched corner of the world, surrounded by extensive forests, low mountain ranges and romantic river valleys. An Eldorado for all those seeking relaxation on vacation. You will get to know the typical regional products during a visit to a bear's root farm and a glassmaking workshop.

In the evening, fish dinner from the buffet and a choice of menu for non-fish eaters

Day 3Three rivers town

After you have fortified yourself at the breakfast buffet, we take a trip to Passau today. Three rivers from three directions - the Danube from the west, the Inn from the south and the Ilz from the north - make the landscape at the corner of the three rivers a unique beauty. Add to this the baroque old town, which was created by Italian masters in the 17th century and in the center of which rises majestically St. Stephen's Cathedral with the largest cathedral organ in the world. Explore the Three Rivers City with our tour guide. Afterwards, free time for your own discoveries.

Day 4 Was the Easter bunny already here...

After a champagne breakfast, you can spend the morning as you wish. At lunchtime, we will take you on a leisurely carriage ride, after which you will be invited for coffee and cake.

Day 5 Round trip through the Gäuboden with a stay in the ducal town of Straubing

Drive through the Gäuboden - one of the most fertile landscapes on the Danube, just behind the Bavarian Forest. Endless fields, very old traces of settlements - and the ducal town of Straubing - all to be found in the Gäuboden.

Straubing is an independent town in the administrative district of Lower Bavaria in Eastern Bavaria. In the late Middle Ages, the town was one of the capitals of the Bavarian duchies alongside Munich, Landshut and Ingolstadt, which is still reflected in its architecture today.

Day 6 Journey home

After a hearty breakfast, it's time to say goodbye again.
